Dils Onboarding is a web application used to collect the documentation needed to finalize a lease negotiation. The platform guides the prospective tenant through a series of steps necessary to be able to define and validate the rental contract, cutting down the time needed for the process and reducing the possibility of errors.

Dil Onboarding is a web application designed to streamline the onboarding process for long-term house rentals. The platform connects landlords and tenants, guiding them through each step of the rental agreement process.

Key features include:

  1. Document upload system for tenants and occupants, including:
    • Identity documents.
    • Tax identification numbers (codice fiscale).
  2. Income-based guarantor management system:
    • Automatic assessment of tenant's income.
    • Initiation of guarantor process when required.
    • Guarantor document submission and verification.
  3. Tenant application tools:
    • Digital document signing for lease agreements.
    • Secure payment processing for deposits and rent.

Dil Onboarding streamlines the rental process by electronically managing document submission and verification, automating the need for a guarantor based on income levels, and providing a secure platform for all necessary transactions and agreements.

In Dils Onboarding app, Directus manages CRUD operations, user authentication (via a custom SMS integration), and simplifies data management with an intuitive interface and role-based access control. Overall, Directus simplifies the entire Dils Onboarding process by offering a centralized solution for managing APIs, user authentication, and data, with minimal development overhead.
